The Website also stated " The first Inner Melbourne Action Plan was adopted in 2006 in response to the demands of Melbourne 2030, the State Governments blueprint for managing sustainable growth and change across metropolitan Melbourne." The website's header had IMAP as the most important keyword. It was followed by Stonnington, City of Stonnington, and Inner Melbourne Action Plan which isn't as ranked as highly as IMAP. The next words the site used was City of Port Phillip. City of Yarram City of Melbourne was also included but will not be viewed by search engines.
